How to use Naturally Med mineral oil for olive wood products: Every 3 to 4 weeks, apply a generous coat of mineral oil evenly over the entire surface of the product. Make sure you oil the sides of the board as well. Spread the oil and allow it to soak in. A properly oiled board should appear wet and nourished.
